I just acquired a new Sony A7 III camera recently and tried her out this evening with one of my NV monoculars.  This baby really does a great job of capturing subtle detail coming off of the phosphor screen.  So far all that I've tried are city night sky low power views (4X @ f1.5) with an alt-az mount, but based on the camera performance, I'm anticipating excellent real-time video capture performance under darker skies and with slower optics.

 

Here are some examples from this evening:

 

1) Pan of M81/M82, M3, M13, M92, M104 @ 4X

 

2) Omega Centauri between some trees @ 4X
