This is my best image from today.  I have been practicing on AR2738 since 4/17.  Today the sky in central Florida did not have one cloud all day.  I don't know how to judge seeing but today was pretty nifty keeno. My best guess is 4 out of 5. I'm new at this and learning from all you pros. Thanks for all the great stuff you guys post.

I thought the sun was entering a No Sunspot phase?  Another Maunder Minimum.

Very nice John!  As to seeing if the image looks like a wave machine is going on I call that a 0.  If I see really sharp spicules and the image is rock steady then it’s a 5.  Everything else is somewhere in between!grin.gif
