What is the difference between these two handsets? I have 2-V3.21 handsets and 1-3.20 handset. They all have the latest firmware, and all three seem to work fine with the scope.

I believe the handset numbers are the handset firmware. If I am right, they do not not all have the latest firmware. I am not aware of any functional differences between 3.2 and 3.21 - probably a minor bug fix. The firmware reported by the handset is the control board firmware so they will all report the same firmware rev on a given mount.

3.21 has some extra diodes added to help protect the communication chip during hot plugging.
