Taken at 2:15 AM on 5-21-2019. '69 Q3.5 with a Neximage5 on a 6SE mount/tripod. I thought the seeing was better than the outcomefrown.gif .

They're better images than those in books about the Moon from the 60's and 70's. Are these single shots or video stacks?

starblue, 4000-4500 frames captured with a Neximage5 ,stacked and processed using Registax6.  I'm waiting for some really good seeing to actually see what my "Q" can do.

Still inspiring work Todd!

Makes me want to go out to observe the moon and Jupiter ASAP and hopefully under great sky conditions jump.gif
