Hi all,

Sharing my attempt at combining three channels for the Lagoon. I am hoping to add RGB stars at some point.

About 30 hours of data through my 105mm guidescope: https://www.astrobin.../full/411375/0/

And a full resolution: https://cdn.astrobin...36_wmhqkGbg.jpg

Thank you for looking
Suavi

Very nice image and fantastic detail when seen at full resolution. Amazing what a 4" refractor can do.

Hi Suavi

This is what a wavelength ordered emission line image of the Lagoon Nebula should look like.

Lovely waytogo.gif

That’s not “just another” lagoon. That’s spectacular! So well done. Such a 3D feel to it. Could get swallowed up in that.

Excellent work suavi! I never tire of seeing this target especially when presented as well as you have.

My view to the south is obstructed, buy hopefully some day I get a chance at this one!
