Can someone look at this photo and tell me what could cause the streaking? I haven't taken very many astro photos, still really new at this.

Walking noise, try dithering.

You may want to post larger photo if you want your image easily diagnosed by casual readers. You are allowed up to 1600x1200 pixels with image size under 500K.

 

That said, I could download and enlarge your picture, and 100% agree with the above diagnosis. Dithering will fix it.
