Good hard contrast object which is perfect for the Questar and Quantum.  Here are the times in UT:

16:38 UT, Europa begins transit of Jupiter.
17:20 UT, Europa's shadow begins to cross Jupiter.
19:10 UT, Europa ends transit of Jupiter.
19:54 UT, Europa's shadow leaves Jupiter's disk.

Are you sure about this.  Europa transited earlier this morning local time (MST) and Io is scheduled to start transit tonight about 23:00 MST.

Stellarium shows Io tonight, but thanks for reminding me to check. Looks like a very watchable transit.
