If you happen to be in the New York vicinity, or as a foreigner like myself visiting the big apple over the next few months, be sure to visit the moon exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (the MET) through to September 22, 2019. Some interesting works on show, including a work by Galileo dating back to the 17th century.

If you don't want a spoiler of what's on view, then don't click here, where the MET have put up a series of pages of the 266 exhibits on show (I'm only giving the link as I'm sure that those of us who can't attend would still be interested in seeing what's on show).

it was cool display fairly crowded but not impossible
