I just got an AP Mach 1 and it is beautiful and innovative. It is a 2011 model which was never used. Complete with the Eagle tripod/pier and extra pier sections. But, the dc cord to connect it to a battery is not among all the parts I got. I will order a replacement but I would like to run the mount thru it's paces and it appears that the cords I have with both a Celestron AVX and CGem will work. The fit seems to be good, the screw down attachment does not mate up, but for testing purposes that is not a big deal.
What is a big deal is the polarity of the attachment. The Celestron cords are "Positive" tip, I think it is likely that this is the correct polarity for plug into the AP control box, but before I do, I need to make sure. Comments please.
