I've converted this very nice microscope bino viewer into an astro binoviewer. 

My question is.....I have 2 sets of EP's for it (Both wide view)… a 10X and a 16X   How can I calculate the magnification with these EP's?

Their barrels are smaller then 1.5 so use of standard EP's is not possible. 

The scope is a 6" f/6.5.

 

I have a fellow thread on Binoviewers and EP projection...…

Hi Rob,

you can calculate focal lenght of eyepieces, so divide 250 with magnif of each ep.

250/10 equall 25mm focal lenght
250/16 equall 15.6mm focal lenght.
