Eric, I'm aiming at Sault Ste. Maries, more or less. Didn't attempt to optimize by trying different orientations. I pretty much got obstructions all around except where I'm aiming at.

Understood.  Your setup is working very well.  Have you considered or are you submitting counts to somewhere like RMOB http://rmob.org ?

The SDRPlay RSPs are very reliable. The RTL-SDRs are now too once I found tight fitting USB extender cables (at Axman surplus of all places.) I did register at RMOB and set it up but my data didn't seem to make it through, but I did not try very hard though to figure out what was amiss. Might have another go at it.
