Hi. I have a line on this camera, VERY cheap, new in box never used cam. The thing is it is a self cooled setup http://inovaccdusa.c...s/inova-nba-mx/

I am still dabbling in uncooled cams like the ZWO ASI120MC and a Meade DSii Pro color cam. Heading into Monochrome now to play a bit with longer exposures.

Looks like it is a French made cam, more well known i Europe. But the chip  is also used in the Imaging Source DMK21 and the SKyris 618M ( no longer available. ).

When I say cheap, I can get this for the same price of a ZWO Asi120MM that uses the same chip, per https://astronomy-im...roduct/asi120mm, and its new. But  it is cooled and maintains to -30 ambient. smile.gif

Any clue what quality images can be taken with the cooled cam vs. the uncooled with this chip? My color ASi120MC is decent and solid solar system cam, but exposure time / stacking is fairly limited.

I figure its hard to go wrong on this for the cost. Any experience with this chip would help me a lot.

Thanks.
