Please can anyone who owns a 41mm TV Panoptic, tell me the size & circumference of screw thread that its eye height extender uses.

Wearing glasses, I need to remove the extender completely, but that means losing the rubber eyecup leaving only a metal volcano top. So I need to think of an alternative, have a couple of ideas...

The best I can offer from my 2005 variant is 56.80 OD (2.25"?) and 0.75mm pitch.

I don't have a thread gauge so I rubbed it onto a piece of paper and measured six threads.

Thank you. I will try & find rubber washers to fit and stack to just higher than eye level.
