I posted a quick Ha-only monochrome 2-panel mosaic of the Heart Nebula a couple of weeks ago...it took this long to gather the remaining subs for color and process them.
This is a total of about 12 hours of exposure time, 4 hours Ha and 2 hours RGB for each panel, over 3 nights. Seeing and transparency varied across the various subs, increasing the challenges in processing...I think that's evident in the final image, but it isn't too bad.
Taken with a WilliamOptics Zenithstar 61 with field flattener, ZWO ASI183mm pro, ZWO 8-pos. EFW, ZWO 8nm Ha and RGB filters, on an iOptron CEM25P mount. Mosaic framing/capture in NINA, stacking in DSS, processing in APP and Photoshop.
Comments and criticisms more than welcome!
