A tentative start to the Spring observing season. Having been rained off innumerable times lately, I set up determined to sketch SOMETHING! This was far from finished when the clouds rolled in again with rain threatening. Oh well, it was good to pickup the sketch pad again! The large central peak of Calaverius stood out nicely.....

That is a fine looking sketch of crater Calaverius, even though it is not complete.

Ian, beautiful sketch of Calaverius despite the conditions. The central peaks and shadows stand out nicely in your sketch.
