Hi all,

Am having some trouble getting my Paramount MyT to work with SGP.  I was wondering if someone could post the steps required to use the MyT with SGP in simple steps.  I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

You need to select the ASCOM driver for TheSky and use the attached settings.  Working for me right now.

Thanks, after I posted my last post I tried starting both programs in administrator mode.  That did the trick.   Thanks for the response.

Thanks,  downloaded it and will give it a read.

Chris Woodhouse has done an excellent series of videos on SGP and also covers the setup of a SB mount.  It is well worth the time to watch the series.

I just ran my first sequence last night in SGP after reading the link above and watching the videos and everything worked perfectly...equipment connection, auto focusing, PHD2 guiding, etc. so either I'm really lucky or the time spent on learning SGP was well worth it.  Unfortunately I apparently overexposed the luminance and clip the histogram so I'll be reshooting it tonight with shorter exposures.  Always something else to learn.
