Found on fleabay, and couldn't pass it up.  $589 shipped.  3 year old Mallincam VRC-8

It's white so it's a steel tubed model. Those listed at $1080. $589 for a used one in good condition isn't a bad price however.

 

What's the gold/brass stud near the front of the ota beside the dovetail bar? I don't believe that's an original item. RCA connector for secondary heater wiring?

Good catch... I had to ask. Yes it's a RCA connector for the heater on the secondary mirror. He had was using a dewbuster controller, and says it works greater. Lagniappe... Gotta love it!
