Working through potential issues while considering purchasing a OSC CMOS camera...

Will the dual-band and tri-band filters that are designed for use with a OSC still work when the camera has a built in IR cut filter?

The camera in question is a QHY 163C.

Technically, yes.  The cut-on and cut-off for cut filters are usually below and above the desired broadband spectrum, within which the common Ha, OIII, and SII spectral lines lie.  However, the transmission % might be further reduced beyond that claimed for the dual & tri-band filters alone, since light has to travel through two filters now instead of one, each of which has a <100% transmission curve I would imagine.
