Came across this eyepiece on amazon:

I don't really trust the lanthanum glass description etc but never seen it mentioned before. Does anyone have experience using this before?

This isn't the short 62 degree aspheric, the 66 degree goldlines or the 68 degrees redlines. Seems that it comes in 9mm, 18mm and 34mm, with 2" eyepiece too.

Are these a clone of something?

I have 9mm version for binoviewer and binoscope, but i used this eyepieces only few times till now.

Pros : Small, lightweight, straight barel, good sharpness on axis and also really good performance in almost whole field

Cons : very short exit pupil (like 9mm plossl), really hard to see whole field of view. Also eye glass get dirty easily.

I like these eyepieces better than chineese 9mm 66*-68*, but the short exit pupil is not for everyone. I want to try it on moon.

Really short? could be a problem with glasses then. Yeah I notice the small size too.

I got one because I thought it was probably a repackaged WO 9mm SWAN at half the price. I've used it several times and am convinced it is that.
