Will be getting a skyPOD in the spring and was thinking about leaving the mount setup with the 8" SCT and ES102 (after balancing them in the EQ mode). Think this would stress the mount in anyway?

My goal is be able to turn on the setup from a parked position and EAA image with both scopes without having to do any setup (the reason of course for the Obs.), but I am wondering if leaving it this way will put pressure on the mount in some manner that is not expected. Have used it this way a couple of times and except for setup and take down it is very fun.

It should be fine to leave it with the scopes mounted.
