I changed my battery in my ioptron hand 8401 hand controller and never seen it before, but have a few dead or stuck pixals.

It does not seem to effect the controller and when in dont see them?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you talking about the black dots in your photo?

Those aren’t dead or stuck pixels. They’re crud. Dust, bits of plastic, crud.

Won’t affect operation one bit, but if they bug you, you can open up the hand controller again and clean them out...
