Hi,

This mount seems to be well suited to my needs (right payload for astrophotography with my 6" Newton telescope, a DSLR and a guider) but I'm not sure I understand everything about it.

I read here and there that it was recently updated.  When was it and what changed?  I'm tempted to buy it second-hand but I would not like to miss a useful feature.

If I buy it second-hand what are the problems I should look for?

Apparently there are 2 tripods available with it but what are the pros and cons of each?

Thank you for your advice.

Cheers
