Hi Stephan,
This is all about a small virtual handpad to move the telescope in different direction at different speed.
In English the text is only "Sidereal x" and is about the telescope speed in multiplier of the sidereal rate. When you connect it change for the speed currently selected in the telescope, 4x in your case.
The ^v selection is to revert the declination movement. This is common with german equatorial mount to revert the direction depending on the pier side. This not change anything in the driver, this only invert the up and down button on the right.
The four arrow are to move the telescope in the different direction. The middle button is to stop any movement in the case the mouse up event is not received by the program, this can occur when using remote desktop software.
But sure with 4x the sidereal rate it is difficult to see any movement. Change for a higher speed for testing, around 32x is good for centering in the eyepiece, 200 to 600 are to slew to another part of the sky. But the value range depend on your mount.
