Stan, this bino clearly appears to be a KUO BA9 series bino as shown in this archived 2015 web page:

Never seen a review of any BA9 bino; KUO only showed the 15x version of the 70mms on their website.  I guess the major vendors never picked up on that series.  It's odd that KUO hasn't been interested in updating their website much lately, either.  

 

This is the last page I could find that shows their lineup from the early BA1 LWs on up through the BA10s.  It's still helpful for making IDs of the older frames.

KUO now lists their magnesium BTs as the BA9 series and shows only a limited MS lineup.   confused1.gif
