This is a challenging object, being very dim, but it was a lot of fun to image and process. It is LDN 1551 in the Taurus molecular cloud. The center of the nebula contains several Herbig-Haro objects. This is 150x300s Lum and 100x300s each RGB.

Great image of a very interesting object! Had to look up Herbig-Haro object, and the description is enticing. Thanks for sharing.

Very neat object, Tim.  Those "burning embers" nebulae must be very tough to bring out, and you did a great job.
