Hi ya'll,

I just purchased the ZWO ASI1600mm Pro and I'm really excited! :)

I will be using it with the explore scientific 80mm FCD100, which has a 2.5" HEX focuser. Does anyone have a recommendation for a .7x or .8x Field reducer/flattener to use with this scope? Does anyone have any experience?

I should note that I have struggled with the ES 2" Field Flattener (not reducer) and a DSLR with this scope. It required about 85mm of spacing between the camera sensor and the FF. So I am hoping to try a different brand, if anyone has a good experience they'd like to share...

Thanks!

I am looking at the ASTRO-TECH 0.8X REDUCER/FIELD FLATTENER FOR F/6 REFRACTORS. Does anyone have any experience with this flattener and the ES 80mm FCD100?
