4 more sketches of my project to sketch all open clusters (and asterisms) discovered by William Herschel (still 34 to go...).

NGC 1664 is a nice cluster, even in my light polluted garden.

NGC 1907 (next to M38) is a small but fine clusters that makes me think of NGC 457 (ET-cluster).

Not all clusters are as photogenic (like the first two). Due to the lack of concentration NGC 2026 is not a much visited DSO.

I finished the evening with an asterism, NGC 1996. Difficult to see a grouping of stars here.

Beautiful work, requiring a great deal of patience. I have cloudy skies, so it’s wonderful to see what others are seeing. Thanks!

Nice sketches Jef!

Herschel is very far from visual completion for me.
