Heya,

Had a long day at work but came home to a lovely crisp chilly evening in Florida with a fairly clear sky and ok seeing. I took a quick peak at the moon through my G&G and noticed Sinus Iridum floating at the terminator, which is interesting, since it still grabs light from the peaks of its great walls but the rest of the area is in shadow at the terminator. Really cool to see. Figured I'd image it too while I was out there, so opened the observatory up...

Marty,

Fantastic images, per your usual. bow.gif

Random question: your ED80. Which rings and which dovetail did you use to attach it to your C8? I've been considering doing that with my C11.

George

Hi George,

I'm using Farpoint's 125mm rings & vixen dovetail.

Very best,
