Im using the SBIG stf8300c  Of recent Im getting a heavy magenta (purple) around my images.   Almost looks like a vignette effect.  Ive tried processing it out but no luck.

I capture with Nebulosity 4

Ive tried Neb4 and DSS for stacking

Darks and flats too

No flats but have used the synthetic flats in Neb4 with some luck.

No in line filters,  I cooked the dessicant plug too

Im cooling any where from -30 to -10 trying to find any change but nothing!

I appreciate any feedback or guidance to resolve this Magenta Madness.... for it surely is driving me mad!!!

Chuck

Typo....I have Bias but no flats.    The synthetic flats do not fix the magenta

By, “of recent,” are you implying this just started happening with no change to your imaging train, or the immediate environment from which you image (street light bulb changes, neighbor light, etc.)?  As others have requested, a sample would help.

Im using Explore Scientific 102 triplet, ES flattener.  This whole magenta issue started approx 3 months ago.  Was having great success.
As for processing Ive tried couple variations in  DSS and Neb4  creating a TIFF then into Photoshop to push and pull ....My next post will have an image

pay no attention to the football stars, forgot to add proper spacer for flattener, this is typical of what comes thru and worse.   fringe.jpg
