Does anyone know where I can find replacement knobs for the Alt/Azum on my Orion EQ 6 I have seen people have replaced them with plastic ratchet type any suggestions? I couldn't find anything at Home Depot or Lowes

Have you tried Bob's Knobs   ?

Better yet, how about McMaster-Carr?    https://www.mcmaster.com/knobs

This is what I did for my Atlas mounts. If I had to do it again, I probably would go with slightly larger knobs and slightly longer bolts.

However, you want to look at an EQ6-Rail kit first. This makes it ultra easy to adjust the Atlas/EQ6 altitude. You can use the original J-bolts with no problem adjusting.
