Cleaning out my apartment and came across this old B&L microscope I’ve had for years. Looking to sell it but have been unable to find one similar to compare it to. Any info on this piece would be greatly appreciated as I would like to be able to help it along to a new home that appreciates it.

I'm almost positive I have one of those out in the shed, three magnifications...  Very nice performer. Believe I had picked it up for something like $200 (?) with the case. AO and B&L came up with myriad ways to mechanically flip the objective pairs... this tumbling mechanism being a pretty sensible one. No doubt found in some old, expired patents. Half a dozen of my patents are assigned to B&L... but for vacuum coatings and light pipes, not microscopes!    Tom

I found one refurbished and shipped for $150

Its a nice scope for coins, minerals , stamps anything that will fit.

I bought a couple higher power eyepieces
