More photos from the bountiful evening of Dec 28. Lacerta is an overlooked constellation between more conspicuous Cygnus and Cepheus. It contains rich Milky Way fields and a slew of interesting doubles. There was a layer of cirrus, so not the best conditions.

This one shows the resoving limit of my setup - Mags 6.5 and 9.6, Sep 4.2" . The B component is visible as a bulge on the right.  20 seconds taken thru a layer of cirrus clouds. Probably needed a shorter exposure.
