How to mount Redcat 51 to 9.25 SCT?

Hello good folks...I am trying to accomplish the following:

 

- mount Redcat to the top and center of non-HD Celestron 9.25

- make it VERY easy to remove the Redcat from the SCT and mount to a typical camera tripod (and vice-versa)

- use the ring and Vixen that the Redcat came with

 

Really I'm just trying to figure out how to have a vixen saddle clamp (see link below) sitting on top and centered of my C9.25.

mount a V or D plate to the top of the tube then bolt your mounting plate to that.

this D plate is on the bottom for the mount but just put one on top for your 51
