Hi all,

we've just released a new focuser controller that will drive most motors in the market and attach to most focusers.

It is small, has wifi connectivity apart from USB, a through-hole for easy attachment to any setup, threaded power jack, and can be controlled from a standard PC (ASCOM or INDI), or from any smartphone, tablet, etc, using a simple web interface.

US$149.00 worldwide shipping included.

For more information, this is the link.

Thanks for reading this!

Thanks, and I hope so too... quite confident actually!

The internal electronics is actually an improvement on our successful Armadillo and Platypus controllers.

Is there any demonstration of the installation? How exactly does it seat on the focuser? I guess it is for refractors.

The Limpet can be placed anywhere - from the pier to the telescope ring, being so small and light. But I guess you're asking about the motor attachment, there are a few examples in this page of our previous models:

We also have this list of focusers we have already developed a coupling set for:

Agreed we need to add more images to the Limpet page...

This is the consumer first product I've purchaed that included additivley manufactured components.  I must say the fit is excellent. Much better than the hoakey l-brackets some other focusers use.

I had made another longer post however it and the post I was responding to were both deleted. I thought I should still post to show how pleased I am with this unit so far.
