Since the ED80mm comes with a fixed non retractable dew shield, the actual physical aperture diameter to attach a bahtinov mask is larger than the 80mm objective.

 

Can you please advise the size and a particular one you recommend I get that will fit the scope?

Measure the diameter of the dew shield, that should give you a pretty good idea

Look in the classifieds here on cn. There is a seller of many sizes in bahtinov masks with regular listings. Just PM his general advertisement and ask for a match to your scope. He prints them on 3D printer. I bought one for a 6 inch refractor and can say they are made to custom fit. Solid quality. 6 inch was $30 shipped 4 inch should be less.
