Are you hand holding your phone or do you have a mount that will accommodate the XWs?

Hand held.. The only one that really gives me issues when taking pics is the 5 XW. I have to hold the phone far away enough to avoid blackouts but close enough to see the full field. The adjustable eye guard helps a little, but steady hands and a bunch of snapshots are keys to success. The 7 & 10 are much easier to snap photos with.

Here's a couple more from last night, Sept 24, with FC-100DF, AP MaxBright, and following eyepieces. I enhanced the blacks because the atmosphere was slightly hazy and was scattering light.

I took this hand-held afocal iPhone photograph on Monday night using the 12.5" f/6.5 Cave Astrola Newtonian at the Naylor Observatory.  The prominent crater Gutenberg, which is also known as the Lobster Claw, appears in the middle of the upper half of the photo.  Lunar north is up.

The 10XW has quite a large diameter eyeguard, it is too large for my Celestron phone mount to grab onto.  Are you removing the eyeguard entirely to take these photos?  Or are these hand held?

All mine are hand held.. The 10 XW is pretty easy to work with because the exit pupil is a decent size and the phone can rest on the adjustable eye guard to keep it steady.
