Edit Sorry for the confusion folks this is an image from the 5mm UWA Planrtary2 eyepiece in S21 RAW mode with a white balance of 4600K not the 4.5Morpheus.

It was meant to be a quick observation, just to test my new Fujiyama 25mm and 9mm with the ES 5x on the Moon. But the views turned out to be so sharp that I ended up staying longer, enjoying a particularly interesting (and sharp) view of Clavius.
With this Sun angle, I was able to better appreciate the physical structure of Clavius. The steep southwestern slope holding Blancanus stood out, along with the various craters like Clavius K and L. The size of the shadows cast by the northeastern crater walls clearly revealed their height. Clavius D and C also showed distinct features, especially the height of their walls (depth of Clavius), under this lighting. But what fascinates me most is the shadow of the remnant central peaks (possible Volcanic cone??) —covering about a quarter of Clavius—which concealed much of the crater chain (Last time I observed Clavius, I was able to see around five craterlets in that same area, without counting the famous crater chains.). Between Clavius C and N, slightly to the north, I also noticed two roughly north-south lines, like small crests (Possible volcanic extrusions and winkle ridges). It was truly a pleasure to see Clavius revealed in this way.
With the ES 5x Focal Extender and the Fujiyama 9mm, I reached 220x—that’s 2.2× the aperture. I managed to take a handheld video of it. Here's a snapshot from it. The views at the eyepiece were sharper

The seeing conditions on April 4th were the worst I've been exposed to at home in years. The 5th and 6th provided slightly better seeing but below average for my location. Not many images were caught between the rough seeing, but the Straight Wall stood out, and I did capture a shot of the Apennine mountain range that came out OK I guess. All were a C925, 10mm Radian with a S22 using the phones digital zoom. Pics were orientated, resized and sharpened slightly in Photoshop.

And a couple from the 6th. I could see the Copernicus rays slightly in the image above the main crater and E/O Pythias.
The pic of Clavius wasn't the best considering the conditions. The moon was crawling with turbulence. I used a 7mm DeLite for these cell phone shots.

Last night with the C925/10mm Radian. Average seeing conditions.
Probably an optics issue, but it seemed like I saw some color in Madler. It appeared rust colored and more so by eye.

...A few from the 3rd of June. Hopefully I didn’t misidentify anything. I’m not any kind of expert on the moon.
These are all from around the Apennine’s.
The conditions were good for at my location, and for once, slightly above average. The transparency was also slightly above average. With such clear steady skies, I'd say this night might be the best of the year so far.
All the pics are with a S22+ Samsung with a 10mm Radian with a C925.
I flipped these pics around to match my map. I have issues navigating the “backwards” moon with a correct-image type map.
The view at the EP was much better than these pics, not to mention my images are highly resized. I still was able to see Hyginus and the Hyginus Rille in the one pic. I easily make out the Bradley Rille visually, but it’s very faint, if even visible on the resized pics. Same with the Hadley Rille. I think one item of interest was the center spire in Alphonsus which appeared to be an arch-type structure. I don't know for sure. Is it?
Good night visually.

Here's a hand-held afocal iPhone photograph of the 15.6-day-old Moon that I took last night using a 6" Apertura AD6 Dob and a 25mm Meade Series 5000 HD-60 eyepiece.

I took this hand-held afocal photo of the rising waning crescent Moon on Sunday, June 22nd, during the Cherry Springs Star Party. I used an iPhone 12 Pro Max, a 17mm Orion eyepiece, and an ATM 12.5" equatorially mounted Newtonian.
