Some time ago I was lamenting that I had missed some articles posted by Peter John Smith.  Peter was nice enough to do an ADC/corrected Dall design for me using LISMs, which I have never built.

Anyway, he had articles on several topics including field correctors.  I have copies for some but am missing the prime focus for parabolic mirrors write up.

Well, I finally looked in the right place, the "wayback machine" did in fact capture the site---here it is...

Ah, yes, I remember him. He was the original source of inspiration for my experiments with Dollond eyepieces.

I experimented with his folded Shearing Interferometer when I was making precision Spherical mirrors for Flex scopes, and a couple of reference spheres.  It was really cool, the first interferometer I ever used other than Newton's Interferometer for flats.  Results confirmed the artificial star test at COC, Ronchi and Foucault.

Linky no worky.

The one Thomas posted worked for me and then I selected the other pages from there. Some photos missing due to extinct links I would guess.
