I have a older vixen super polaris 102.  d=102  f=1000mm  nr 112A005
And the main front lense chipped!! 1,5cm chip from the outside in..Due to oxydation of the aluminium around.. does anybody know where i can find a new?

102mm f/10 maybe hard to find. Also, chip is virtually undetectable during use.

Hello,  and welcome to CN. 

 

You can mask the chip so it does not produce any scattered light.

Then you can bide your time if you decide you want an unchipped one.

Use it as-is and consider it battle hardened.  Too difficult to replace. Won't affect anything except your pride for awhile. That feeling goes away!!
