Takahashi sold very few FSQ130ED refractors (production now finished) and I didn’t see any extensive review on the web about this super astrograph and only few very brief opinions here on CN. Is there any FSQ130 owner (or just user) that want to share his/her experience about it and maybe some photographs?  How does the FSQ130 compares with the Tak FSQ106? More, any of the lucky user of the FSQ130 used it as visual telescope? Opinions about this?
Thank you

pao

I think your best bet is to leverage on the search feature here to find the FSQ130 owners here on CN. There’s definitely a few around and some of the posts I’ve seen at least one is a visual user although don’t know if he has compared it to the FSQ106.

This it’s one scope that kinda regret not picking up whilst living in Japan. I opted to go for the Pentax 125SDP instead as I wanted to keep my µ250CRS and a refractor to compliment it. If I had gone for the FS130ED, for cost reasons I would have had to give up my µ250CRS.

I’ve only been able to see/touch/feel the FSQ130ED in the shops but never looked through one.
