Spaghetti nebula, aka Simies 147 or Sh2-240, is a tremendous object in Taurus: five times the diameter of the moon !
Counterpart of this size, the density of the gas has become very weak, as it's the difficulty to perceive it.
Here is how I discovered part of nebulosity from namibian sky, then improved the view during two pristine nights of southern alps, through my 25" Obsession.
