Hi

Just bought a full spectrum D5300

Also bought a used insert filter but it is unusable with older lenses I have chosen  and with the other it blocks the F stop settings with

Backyard Nikon.

So I have to resort to lens filtering at 72mm and 62mm.thinking a simple UV/IR filter would work for those spectrum

but then thought maybe the below would better option. Would it provide UV/IR cut, Really don't want to stack filters

•NiSi 72mm Natural Light Filter – Blocks yellow sodium and mercury-vapor light, as well as yellow light from low CRI LEDs. 1.5-2.8x filter factor.

Also considering stepping down from 72mm to 62 so I can use one filter

Let me know if anyone has experience with this scenario and how you solved your issue.

Thanks

Greg
