I got a guide scope - AT 60mm- just in case I wanted to guide my ES102, but now am thinking of guiding a reduced C8. Did not want to get rid of my finder scope on the C8, but I got the Orion SCT base and the AT60mm fits perfectly. Tried some daylight viewing and with the Ultima 30mm 11/4 EP what a sharp little scope. So off with the very old 50mm (old Orion of 20 years) and now have both my ES102 (mount the scope on the rings) and my C8 able to use it as a finder and a guider.
