Something that really riles me is when you spend several hundred bucks on a piece of software (The SkyX Pro) and the links provided within the user interface for database file downloads are broken...

If someone could pass me the link to this I'd be really grateful.

Many thanks

Simon

Software Bisque is going through a (IMHO disastrous) WWW update. Try this link (you need to be logged in to the site):

Thanks a million - downloading.

However to add to the pain, the instructions in the link are incorrect. The Astrometry folder is not where it states it should be.

This is why I didn't buy a SB mount.

I fully understand that I may incite a riot with this comment, but you simply can't run what is essentially a technology-based company and provide this level of service. I literally handed over my cash and ten minutes later I was frustrated.

SimonIRE... The link that Ken gave in the post above yours is correct, or at least seems to be.

Note file size.... 1.62 GB   it is a BIG file. But then, it is a BIG sky !

You CANNOT access this page unless you are "signed in", which you need to do to access the forums as well.

Apparently, you have purchased the software, and should have a license key, so that should not be a problem.

Advise if otherwise.
