I have long used this obscure pair in the Pleiades as a measure of seeing on Winter nights. Now before it disappears over the horizon I would like to hear of other's experiences with this pair. Stella Doppie lists it as BU536 AB 8.3 - 9.1, 1".0 , 179.  When using a TEC 140 or ES 152 triplet at around 300x I only get a small flare where the companion should be. What do others see here? In particular I want to hear from those owning a Sky Watcher 8-inch   dob ( or equivalent ).
