Hey guys...

Touch of advice would be appreciated if any of you can spare it!

I am new to this adventure! I have an C6 Nexstar Evolution. I live in the Sydney City Council Area - so right in the city, with all the light issues that go with that.

Thus, I figure planetary imaging will be a good entree to astrophotography. A couple of times a year i will be able to use a relatives farm, which is very dark, but that just what it is, a couple of times.

I am looking at wither an ZWO  ASI224MC or ASO 290MC - ranging from about AUD $499 to AUD$599.

Any thoughts on whether these are worthwhile devices or are there others that you rate?

Cheers,

M
