When I align with the Starsense controller not infrequently when the mount is suppose to go back to switch position it does not.   It just remains in whatever position it was in and the hand controller says it it is at 90 degrees and it starts plate solving.  Any ideas?

Never had this happen to me.  I don't know the fix but a work-around is to move it to switch position yourself before you begin alignment.  Menu > Telescope > Move Switch (or something like that).  If I start alignment in a wacky position, Starsense will say it aligned successfully but it is actually way off.  Way  way off.   I switched to CPWI and those sort of problems went away.
