Not new they don’t, if you want to save money then buy used. Even a 20 year old Losmandy can be easily updated and repaired if necessary.

Losmandy doesn't need to...every run sells out.

 

I've owned both a G11 and a G11T. Fantastic mounts for visual ( I don't do imaging so can't give an opinion about that).

The only reason I sold them was because I can't use GEMs any more due to a muscle disease. Otherwise I would still have them.

+1, there is a robust used market for Losmandy mounts.  You won't have to wait long.

Shop, shop, shop! I've picked up a G11 for as little as $400, it needed two new RJ-12 PBCs for the Hurst motors to put it back in commission. Losmandy used to sell the board for $7 IIRC. Sold it a year later to a Frenchman who was here building sails for Oracle's Worlds Cup boat. Wanted a G11 to take home with him.
