In St. Louis, we went from early spring to late summer in 2 days... it's hot outside.  I was going to shoot my DSLR tonight at Cygnus because clear nights are hard to come by.  Here is my question.  I can shoot HA for 4 minutes, Broadband for a couple, or (with some testing) no filter for probably 30 seconds.  I'm in Bortle 4/5 area and then the full moon.  When it comes to noise... do I shoot filter-less and keep the times down?
