I’ve had the star adventurer for a few years and have used it quite a bit in sub-zero canadian winters at about -10 to -20 centigrade.

I noticed recently that it’s not performing like it used to and I’m not able to get long exposures with longer focal lengths.

I was wondering if anyone has tuned up their star adventurer? I was thinking about replacing the grease with a lithium grease.

Can anyone recommend any advice?

Thanks!
